Please allow between 7-14 days for your order to arrive. If more than 14 days have passed please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to review the status of your order.
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within the original packaging. You must include your proof of purchase or receipt in the package.
- Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your card (or original payment method).
- You will receive the credit within a few days – depending on your card issuers policies.
- Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item, with these being non-refundable.
