IMPORTANT INFORMATION – November Lockdown

Hi all,

As I’m sure you are aware from the announcement given this weekend, non-essential businesses are going back into lockdown from this Thursday, so it’s with a very sad heart that we will be closing again on Thursday 5th November for the second national lockdown.

As with the first one, we will still have staff working from home so if you have any queries, questions, need a consultation, need to purchase products or even if you just need someone to talk to and a friendly face to have a virtual conversation with – we are here for you! We will be here for you as much as we were the first time around, working around the clock to ensure that we can help you with whatever you may need.

We need your support now more than ever if we are looking to continue our business in the future so here are a few ways you can help us, for free!

  • Like, comment and share our social media posts or stories
  • Share any interactions on social media
  • Recommend us to friends and family
  • Write a positive review on Google, Facebook or Instagram
  • Sign up to our newsletters to stay in the know of what’s going on

We notice everything you do to help us – every like, share, comment and review is always seen and no good deed is ever forgotten, so we want to say a MASSIVE thank you to all of you already doing these things and for supporting our small business, we are so so grateful!!

We also have other ways you can support us like buying Gift Vouchers and purchasing products as this can all be done online from the comfort of your own home!

Any clients who are currently in the middle of a course of treatment, has previously purchased a gift voucher or put credit on your account – everything will still be valid once we reopen and the month we will have lost will be added on to the end of any expiry dates.

If you are worried about running out of products during lockdown, we have an online portal available where you can purchase everything you need and have it delivered to your door! We will need to set up an account for you which only takes a few minutes however from then you will have all the access you need to purchase your skincare, hassle free.

We are hoping this lockdown is lifted from 2nd December so currently we are taking bookings for after that date in the hope that we will still be here, so do please book in for December for your usual treatments.
