What does this treatment include?
The utmost time and care is taken to create the perfect mani/pedi by shaping and filing the nails, pushing back cuticles and then finally painting in your choice of colour. A variety of treatments are available – whether you’re in for a regular maintenance treatment, short of time and would just like a file and paint or a more pampering treatment, we have something to suit everyone.
This isn’t your average nail bar; we pride ourselves in providing you with a pleasurable experience and excellent high quality of treatment.

FAQs
How long will my gel polish last?
Up to 2 weeks depending on nail quality and care.
Is the gel lamp safe?
Yes, we only use L.E.D lamps to cure our gel polish – no UV!
Is gel polish going to damage my nails?
Gel polish can actually provide strength and help nails to grow; as long as they are removed correctly no damage will be caused.
How long does it take?
30-90 minutes depending on chosen Manicure or pedicure – we are perfectionists!
Is there anything I need to do?
We do not offer any lacquer colours only strengthener and base/top coat. If you would like a colour painted, please make sure to bring your own.
There is no need to do anything to prep your nails. We ask you to allow enough time to dry if you have regular lacquer and remember your flip flops for pedicures.
Is there any age restrictions?
We have age restrictions on all of our treatments at SKIN Lounge due safety reasons and the body constantly changing. Manicures and Pedicures require a minimum age of 16 years old for gel polish.
How do I know what to book?
We have a variety of options to suit everyones needs. If you have your nails done regularly and just want a colour change, our File & Paint manicure option is perfect. Colour on our toes lasts ages! So if you are looking for a monthly treatment the Classic is designed for you – this includes all the cuticle work. If you are looking for a treat or have a special occasion coming up, the Alumier Deluxe is your option, this includes a relaxing scrub, mask and massage as well!
