How does it work?
T-Shape generates a multipolar radiofrequency signal that generates heat when in contact with tissue. When correctly warmed, the dermis produces new collagen, resulting in skin that appears firmer, more compact and younger.
T-Shape vacuum-assisted technology raises, folds and compresses the skin to increase local blood circulation and stimulate lymphatic drainage. This facilitates fibroblast activity and vasodilatation, in addition to spreading oxygen, with precise energy distribution.
The LLLT Laser (Low Level Laser Therapy) radiates fat tissue and produces micro wounds within the cell which then drains fatty acids. This then exits the cell, leading to reduced cell volume. The lipids that leak out are then disposed of through normal metabolic pathways. Effectively reducing body circumference, tightening skin and targeting water retention.

FAQs
Do I need a patch test?
No. However, we do recommend a consultation before your treatment to create a bespoke treatment plan to suit all of your bodys’ needs.
Do I need a course?
A course of 10 treatments is recommended for optimum results. However, a one off treatment is still beneficial.
Is it safe?
Very safe. However like most treatments it has some medical limitations. A free consultation is recommended if you have any additional questions or would like further advice as to whether this is the right treatment for you.
Side effects?
The skin can be pink initially after treatment (no more than after a run) for an hour or two, but will return to normal colour quickly. Some superficial bruising can occur.
What does it feel like?
Th vacuum feels similar to a deep tissue massage and the radio frequency warms the area. All very comfortable.
Is there any age restrictions?
We have age restrictions on all of our treatments at SKIN Lounge due to safety reasons and the body constantly changing. T-shape requires a minimum age of 18 years old.
