You’ll receive your consultation forms by email or SMS ahead of your visit; completing these in advance allows your practitioner to review your information thoroughly and ensures a smooth, on-time appointment.

SKIN lounge Aesthetics is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from Richmond Station, with the number 371 bus stopping nearby to take you up the hill.
We’re situated directly next to the Vet on the Hill and Sainsbury’s, and just two doors away from the Marlborough Pub.
Parking
Parking near SKIN lounge Aesthetics is available via paid or resident (A2 permit) spaces. Paid parking directly outside the clinic is limited to 1 hour, with 4-hour paid spaces further up the road.
Nearby streets including Marlborough Road, Kings Road, and Onslow Road also offer paid or resident parking. Limited free parking is available on Queens Road.

Cancellation Policy
We have a strict cancellation policy and require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations.
Late cancellations or ‘no-shows’ will be charged 50% of the appointment value.
